About XPS

When I set up Xenophon Project Services Limited (XPS) in 2002 my aim was to use my expertise in project management and coaching to help my Construction clients to build high performing teams through the delivery of tailored training and development programmes.
Construction projects represent one of the most challenging environments in which to operate and yet many organisations fail to equip their leaders and teams with the necessary management skills needed to succeed.

XPS provides a variety of training, coaching and management support services to clients ranging from major PLCs, through regional companies to small consulting practices and contractors. The key to our success is that we work with each client to develop specific solutions relevant to the needs of their particular business.
We combine our experience and specialist skills with your expertise and knowledge of the sectors in which you operate to produce the right solution for you.
